CAC students on awareness mission alerting the dangers of texting while driving

When the students of Central Arizona College’s Applied Business Seminar class decided on a marketing project that would have an impact on the community, the group of 10 students chose a subject that was filled with irony.

The goal was to help people avoid having an impact – in their car.

“The business team selected a project dedicated to making the community aware of the risks of texting and driving,” Reva Staton, the spokesperson for the students, stated. “We feel that it is important to educate the public to help eliminate this deadly habit.”
